George Westermeier

George M. Westermeier, age 67, of Prospect Park, PA, passed away on May 31, 2019 . Born in Drexel Hill, PA, he was the son of the late George and Hilda (nee Ragan) Westermeier. George had a long career as a self-employed Mechanical Engineer. He liked to spend time at his home in Ocean View Resort, just outside of Sea Isle with his family and his sheltie dog, Chester. He was a singer and keyboard player in a band for many years. George was an avid TV watcher, a true gadget man, and enjoyed spending time on the Computer. He was a true animal lover. George was the devoted husband of Susan T. Westermeier, dear brother of Robert E. Westermeier (Dorothy C.) and loving uncle to Bobbie N. Westermeier; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation 9:00-10:30 AM Thursday, June 6, 2019 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 746 Kedron Avenue, Morton, PA, 19070, followed by his Funeral Service at 10:30 AM. Interment Edgewood Memorial Gardens.
